By accessing or using the ContantIo platform located at https://contant.io and https://app.contant.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ContantIo ("we", "us", or "our").

ContantIo is an AI-powered LinkedIn content creation and management platform. Our Service enables users to generate LinkedIn posts from various sources (topics, images, PDFs, articles, and YouTube videos), personalize AI-generated content, schedule LinkedIn posts (text, image, video, and carousel formats), schedule follow-up comments, generate personalized topics, and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics.

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Free Plan: 40,000 AI credits on first sign-up, 1 free post daily, Topic to Post, Image to Post, 60 personalized topic generations/month, 40 saved engagement lists, AI comment generation.
• Starter Plan ($11/month): 250,000 AI credits, PDF to Post, Article to Post, YouTube to Post, scheduling, 30 personalized posts/month, unlimited topic generation, follow-up comments, company page scheduling, 300 engagement lists.
• Pro Plan ($19/month): 500,000 AI credits, unlimited personalized posts, unlimited topic generation, unlimited saved engagement lists.

Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Credits are consumed when generating AI content. Allocations vary by plan. Unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated. We may adjust credit costs to maintain service quality.

Users may connect their own OpenAI API keys. You are responsible for any costs incurred via your API provider. We are not liable for charges, rate limits, or errors related to personal API keys.

By connecting LinkedIn, you authorize us to post content, schedule posts, and retrieve analytics. You are responsible for all posted content and must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. We do not guarantee engagement or performance results.

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.

You agree not to generate unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or harmful content. You must not spam, reverse-engineer, exploit, or damage the Service. Violations may result in account termination.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment details.

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or suspend the Service with reasonable notice.

The Service integrates with LinkedIn and OpenAI. We are not responsible for third-party availability or policy changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContantIo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted performance.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContantIo from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Certain data may be retained as required by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then arbitration or courts where applicable.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
